Because it is both costly and frustrating to cook either too much or too little food for each meeting, all members are required to inform the Catering Coordinator if they will not be attending a meeting or if they plan to bring a guest(s). Your regrets or your intention to bring a guest(s) are required no later than the Friday evening before each scheduled meeting.
If you plan to attend the meeting and eat, you do not have to do anything. If we don’t hear from you, we will assume that you will be attending the meeting.
If you will be out-of-town for an extended time, please e-mail the Catering Coordinator and let her know the dates of your absence so that you will not be charged for any meals while you are gone.

We also want to ensure that we are addressing any special needs. Please let us know if you need transportation, need wheelchair access or have dietary needs or food allergies prior to any dinner.
