PV Neighborhood Fall Cleanup

Summer Lohman Ford road cleanup

Another well attended PV Lions ZOOM meeting last evening!   Lions heard from Megan Kunkle-Ballard, LMFT, Social Services Program Administrator, TravisCounty Community Center-Jonestown.  Megan explained how the Travis County Health & Human Services Family Support Services operates in the North Shore area.  The Point Venture Lions coordinate the donation of toiletries and paper products collected from the Village residents as part of the Lions  “Neighbors helping Neighbors” initiative.  Megan explained how 100 to 150 families are helped monthly with their food pantry.  Toiletries and paper goods are not included in their pantry items, therefore donations are greatly appreciated.
